BritCalc (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use britcalc.com, how we use it, and your rights. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@britcalc.com.

The short version: All calculations run in your browser — your financial figures are never sent to our servers. We collect only anonymised usage data via Google Analytics and serve ads via Google AdSense. We do not sell your personal data.

BritCalc is a free web-based service providing UK tax and financial calculators. The site is operated independently and is not affiliated with HMRC or any UK government body.

All calculator inputs (salary, tax figures, property values, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. This data is never transmitted to BritCalc or any third-party server. We have no access to the numbers you enter.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects:

If you contact us via email at hello@britcalc.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.
